NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE, Nashville Film Festival (NaFF) is revealing a few of its film highlights for the upcoming 36th Annual Film Festival. The weeklong event will take place April 14 – 21, 2005, at Nashville’s Regal 16 Cinemas, located in Green Hills. NaFF will once again present an exciting array of more than 200 diverse and innovative films, numerous industry-related panels/workshops, filmmaker awards, Opening and Closing Galas, live entertainment and many more festivities throughout the week.

The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things (Asia Argento, USA), is a film based on the autobiographical book by J.T. LeRoy that tells the story of a relationship between a sexually dysfunctional mother and her young son, Jeremiah. The movie was filmed in Knoxville, Tennessee, and features cameo appearances by Peter Fonda, Winona Ryder, Jeremy Sisto and Marilyn Manson.
